Colorado Cannabis Tours is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our sales team for positions starting in the next week. You must be based in Denver, be 21 or older, and have the ability to independently work from home. (Computer, phone, wi-fi, etc. all need to be provided by agent). While cannabis-industry knowledge and experience is a great asset, the right candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Self-starter with ability to work without direct supervision
- Take direction and shift gears quickly when necessary
- Problem solving skills
- Dependable, with excellent time management
- Ability to stay calm and organized when things get busy
Job Description:
- Agents independently run a busy sales line & make call backs to customers on each shift
- Take reservations and create packages for customers, act as concierge by presenting additional options for their 420 vacation
- Occasional customer service through our live chat line
- Shifts are 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm
- Agents MUST be available for weekend shifts.
- Part-time agents will start with 2-4 shifts per week– possibility to become full-time in the next month or so with expansion.
- Sales agents work from home after 1-2 weeks of training in the office.
- Compensation is $15/hour or commission, whichever is greater.
